Why Must We Allow the Vatican to Continue to Deceive the Faithful

Why is Easter/Resurrection Sunday a fluid date? Why must we consult a calendar each year to find out when Easter is, while knowing that Halloween is always October 31, and Valentines Day is always February 14? Why do we allow the Vatican to continue to deceive the Faithful?
A Vatican priest has the duty of assigning the date of Easter/Resurrection Sunday, the most important date in the life of every Christian, each year AND it is a different date EACH YEAR. These are the dates of the past 6 Easters and the next two Easters:
