The Old Testament vs. The New Testament

Does the New Covenant nullify all of the laws and commandments of the Old Testament?

Yahshua Christ Himself answered this quarry when He spoke these words:

“Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill.” Matthew 5:17

Christ’s New Covenant does not abolish but fulfills the laws of the Old Testament. And we know that the Lord NEVER changes and His ideals are NEVER modified. He is “The Rock” that is why He is able to save us. Therefore ALL things that were an abomination in the Old Testament ARE STILL an abomination today and forever.

Yahshua Christ, the same yesterday, and today, and forever. Hebrews 13:8 KJV

In these Scriptures King David confirmed that the covenant of the Old Testament is an everlasting covenant:

He is the LORD our God, His judgments are in all the earth. He hath remembered His covenant forever the word which He commanded to a thousand generations which covenant He made with Abraham, and His oath unto Isaac, and confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law; and to Israel for an everlasting covenant. Psalm 105:7-10

We can now be clear that every act that was an abomination in the Old Testament, and all of the commandments are still Yahweh’s everlasting Law. Of course this is true, because this is the reason that are people in prison for murder, rape, perjury, theft,

embezzlement, etc.

So many of us have been misled believe that as long as we ask forgiveness for our sins, we can continue to commit the same sins. This is NOT SO! Whenever Yahshua healed anyone, His last words to them were always, “Go and sin no more.....
